My Yoga Journey

Tao Tao's journey as a yoga teacher began in Bali, a serene and inspiring place.
Why start from here?
She had been working as a part-time gymnastics instructor for nearly a decade, while her full-time job was in the office. Like many Hong Kong people, the prolonged sitting and work stress had a negative impact on her physical and mental health.

To alleviate these pressures and improve her own physical condition, she began to seek a form of exercise that could provide a balance between body and mind. Yes, it was yoga, but she gradually became deeply fascinated by it. The practice of yoga not only enhances the flexibility and strength of the body, but also calms the mind, relieves stress and anxiety.

In the environment of Bali, I immersed myself in the rich yoga tradition and teachings, gaining a deeper understanding of the essence of this ancient practice.

After becoming a yoga teacher, I place more emphasis on connecting with students while teaching yoga skills. I hope to guide students on a journey of body-mind-spirit harmony with warmth and empathy. I believe in the transformative power of yoga, and I am committed to helping students build self-confidence and achieve inner peace and strength.
