Ticket Usage Period

* The ticket is valid from the date of first use. If it is not used within the validity period, it will automatically expire, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

Registration Notes

* Students must purchase a ticket in advance to complete course registration; those who have not purchased tickets will not be able to register.

* Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. The system will open one month of reservation slots. Due to limited availability, we kindly ask students to arrange their bookings as early as possible. To ensure fairness, no spots will be held.

Cancellation and Leave Policies

* Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before the course begins. Late cancellations will be considered a no-show and may incur the full course fee.

* Refund Policy: No refunds are offered, but students who cancel at least 48 hours in advance will receive an immediate refund of their course fees to their account.

* Class Cancellation Notification: If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, we will notify registered students via WhatsApp. You may also register directly through the system or contact us at 64302370.

Other Reminders

* Students who take leave must complete their courses within the validity period of the ticket (e.g. three months). If you are unwell and can provide a doctor's certificate, we will consider special arrangements.

Final Decision Right: Tao Tao Yoga reserves the final interpretation and decision right for all terms and conditions.
